HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • 5 - 8 week programme gradually increasing your distances from 0km to 5km.
  • We start with a mixture of walking and slow jogging intervals, gradually increasing the running intervals until you can run comfortably.
  • Run 3 times per week with my bespoke workouts tailored for the absolute beginner and novice.
  • Watch my simple video series on how to breath and run comfortably so you never struggle again!
  • Gentle stretching to improve dynamic range of motion in your muscles, helping to improve your stride.
  • Only move to the next workout when you feel ready.
  • Run at a time that suits you, and take as long as you need!
  • Recommendations and advice on what the best running shoes for you!
  • Check in your runs in our completely private Whatsapp group.
